The staff was amazing when i had a medical issue. claire at the front desk was super helpful. the location was very convenient to a good hospital. i also found the indian-inspired menu good. My lamb rogan josh, served as lamb shank, was super tender. the great shower seemed recently refurbished.
The breakfast was disappointing as i found limited options. I believe it needs improvement. prices were high, and a service charge was added to the bill. I was not given a choice to decline it.

My visit to the hotel was nice. The gym is well equipped, a great asset for fitness enthusiasts. The pool, steam room, and sauna offered excellent relaxation after a long day (a very welcome treat). Breakfast featured a wide choice of fare, catering to various tastes.
I found that some areas of the hotel was dated, showing signs of wear and tear. While not severely impacting my stay, this detracted slightly from the otherwise premium experience.

The room was BEAUTIFUL and quite comfortable. the staff members were very helpful. I overlooked some minor issues like the bathroom door, because the bed was comfortable. There were some chairs where I could relax in the room.
The swimming pool was distinctly chilly though no one was supervising. Kids were jumping into it constantly!
